Dermal Therapist(s)

Are you a qualified Dermal Therapist looking for a role with a medical focus? We are looking for exceptional new team members to join the close-knit family in our busy medical aesthetic clinic.

The Skin Clinic Fremantle is a boutique, non-corporate skin clinic, using only advanced medical-grade equipment. Our brand ethos is exceptional communication, safe & effective outcomes, holistic long-term skin health and patient retention. We are a collaborative team working together to expand our clinic, and are looking for the right people to move our vision into the future.

Owner and Medical Director, Dr. Sarah Boxley is quadruple board-certified, an international trainer, and sits on medical advisory boards for the largest pharmaceutical company in the aesthetic industry. Senior Dermal Therapist, Victoria Branch has more than 10 years of industry experience, including her previous role as a trainer for AACDS, and has specialised interests in advanced skin treatments & cosmeceutical science.

Part time and full time roles are available, with varied hours and all the usual skin treatment perks.

Patient Co-ordinator, Aesthetics

Could you be the newest member of our Aesthetics team? We are searching for the right personality to join us in a front-of-house concierge role – someone with exceptional interpersonal & customer service skills to guide our aesthetic and dermal therapy patients through their treatment journeys. Duties will include:

  • First patient contact via phone and in clinic
  • Scheduling of appointments
  • Clinical Photography
  • Payment processing
  • Providing information and explanation of our different treatments and cosmeceutical skin care ranges.
  • Basic assisting with some treatments
  • Co-ordination of patient flow throughout the clinic

We are looking for someone dedicated, organised and enthusiastic, with a passion for natural-looking aesthetics and skin heath. Whilst prior experience in the industry may be advantageous, full training will be provided.

Medical Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced medical receptionist to join our busy Skin Cancer Team. You must be able to prioritise, organise & multitask, have exceptional communication abilities, be adaptable, dependable and remain calm under pressure.  Experience with Best Practice software would be an advantage but not essential. Full job description available on request.

Skin Cancer Doctor

We currently are on the look-out for an additional primary care skin cancer doctor to join our team. The Skin Clinic Fremantle is a privately-billing practice, with digital dermoscopy, dedicated procedure rooms and surgical nursing support. We offer a full array of surgical and non-surgical treatment options including PDT. Our close-knit, collegiate team includes 2 Fellows of the Skin Cancer College Australasia, and our mission is to deliver excellence in patient care using quality, evidence-based medicine.

Essentials required for this role:

VR-GP with access to non-restricted Medicare provider number.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills.

Knowledge and application of current national guidelines for skin cancer care.

Post-graduate dermoscopy qualifications to SCCA Advanced Certificate Level or equivalent experience.

Advanced surgical skills including flaps/grafts are not essential.

Hours available: 2-5 days per week.
